Useful for those who spend a lot of time in front of the computer. Please read the instructions carefully.

Among the heated eye masks sold on Ali, this product has the best temperature. No low-temperature burns or anything like that. The eye mask needs to be slightly sticky to determine whether it's eye oil or a grease leak, but domestic products claim to be between 49-55 degrees. However, when using the eye mask, considering heat loss, the temperature that touches the eyes is around 40 degrees. This product has a really good heating function that feels like eye oil is melting. The vibration function is not necessary... the temperature is the key, and it blocks 99% of light, allowing for a good night's sleep. There's a 15-minute timer which is nice... However, since the cover may become stained by blankets or pillowcases, wash the cover once after purchase or rinse it once with warm salt water.

I don't know where these positive reviews come from, but as far as workmanship goes, it's meticulous and pleasant to the touch, but as for heating functions, it's poor. It discharges quickly, and when it comes to heating up the mask, it's also very poor. I have a mask with a wired cable and it heats up much better than the one from this auction. This one is at best suitable for summer use, not for warmth. I do not recommend it; it's a waste of money.

I purchased this product because the cover was washable and the temperature could be adjusted, but the buttons are crooked, the sizes on both sides are different, and the stitching around the edges is poorly done, making it look messy. I'm disappointed even before using it.

Is it safe to fall asleep wearing it?
NUVIS is designed for a 15-minute session and automatically switches off when the session ends. For safety, we recommend using NUVIS while awake and removing it after the session rather than intentionally sleeping in it.
How do I clean it?
The outer cover is removable and washable. The inner heating unit detaches and is IPX4 rated; it is wiped, not submerged.
How is NUVIS charged?
